New server, Installed CSSDM, crashes when player joins team

Brand new server, Only MM and SM installed, works totally fine

Installs CSSDM, when spawning u cant even chose your sidearm from the DM menu before server restarts, no problems when being spec.

Note: I'm not new to running Css servers and such, but have been 100% off from it all for 7 months.

+ cannot upload .exe files to server (gameserver) as the extension is not allowed?

you shouldn't be uploading any EXE files - extensions are not exe files.

spcomp.exe and compile.exe

thought it was ok to have them inside scripting folder. No big deal tho.

Anyway, ideas to why it wont run?

Download the latest build from there(you don't need to but it fixes the ragdoll issue)

and download the custom gamedata:
