i need to delet some "x.amxx" line form amxmodx\config\plugin.ini
form the consol (by the game)
and after
do the same act to add bake the "x.amxx" to plugin.ini

i tryed "stop" plugin, but the server donsnt remmber that
and after server restart the act is gone...

what to do ?

You just need to delete
noshield.amxx , then edit plugins.ini .. then last , restart server ..

by using "exec x.cfg"
x.cfg :
*add line to 'plugin.ini'*
noshield.amxx
admin_rcon restart 1

y.cfg:
*delet line at 'plugin.ini'
<noshield.amxx>
admin_rcon restart 1

got it?
have way to edit plugin.ini form the consol like this???

The only way is to disable it from the plugins.ini file. You can use Per-Map Plugins to only load or to disable plugins on specific maps though.

i can make my client download plugin.ini "form the server" and replace mine?
i just create one with that line and one without...
(start it by admin command like "noshield off")

The plugins.ini file doesn't get downloaded.

And there is no way to do what you are asking, so stop asking it.
