i think that 99% of you , have played gta san andreas , so i thinked of this pluging:
when you kill some one in gta,and then you hit with a gun, he will blood out (some blood will exit his body)
but in cs , it's not the same when you hit the died body ... nothing ...
so i hope that one of you will make this plugin
because i think that it's a good idea )))

it's a cool idea... Just one suggestion:
Maybe some1 can make objectives(like in san andeas)..

The bleed plugin already exists, I have seen it on some servers.. Try searching for it

i think Alicx is talking about being able to shoot a dead body on floor and it to bleed everytime its shot... and maybe even move when shot.

like in SR3 you can shot dead bodies and use Remote C4 on them and make then blow the body miles away.
