That isnt server side, the closest you could do is do a fake win 5000 times. but that might take a while.

Lol... I do have a plugin for this. All it does is force you to a team, then kills everyone except yourself. So you need to set up the server in demolition mode, no halftime, 1 roundlimit, bot_quota 2, and then leave it running for a couple of days. I don't remember exactly, but I'm sure you can figure it out.
