This happens when you have still old illegal client (2005) and you want to connect to HLTV. Your solution is:

Stop saying stuff that is wrong. An old version is not illegal, it just isn't supported at all by anyone.

I know what I am saying about. Before that I tested myself with Non-Steam and while connecting to the HLTV the same happened. So I am sure his problem is what I said because if you install dproto, HLTV will not be affected.
