i want a vip plugin

vip contains:

Vip in tab
110hp
100 armor
vip have one more jump (default jump + one more)
defuse kit (only for ct)
200$ + every round
and set grenades: smoke 2flash 1he
and a connect / leave message VIP "name" Join the Game!
Vip "name" Leave the game
