Unkown command "sm_rehash", Unkown command "sb_reload"

Hello!

As the title states, I am getting those errors when attempting to add admins to the admins.cfg file through SourceBans. I have not been able to find any helpful information on the Internet at all. Could some one please help me? I would be willing to provide any logs required.

sm_reloadadmins ?

Also, add admins through the webpanel.

I have tried sm_reload admins and it works but doesn't have the desired effect. I was attempting to add admins through the web panel but the web panel uses sm_rehash, which doesn't seem to exist.
