Thats cause thugs not using something to restart the server after a crash he has to manually start it back up.... you just have to wait til he notices and turns it back on...

there is something to restart it, serverdoc, but the admin doesn;t have the windows error debugging shit turned off so it doesn't crash cleanly. He claims he does but I know he didn't do it right.
