i like if any player spamed any ip in my server chat i like not kicked
this plugin checked IP in Nick and Chat.
I like just not Checked in chat only in nick :)

if i edit something in script in file .sma i need to recomplie and again put in server and change level :)
But how can i re-complie .sma file ?
